UIndy is committed to providing students with a high quality education that includes hands-on learning so they're ready to be productive employees from day one. Our Office of Career Services can help you set up on-campus interviews for full-time positions, find interns to match your business needs, or recruit for summer or part-time job opportunities.

UIndy provides several ways for you to further your employees' education, including on-site programs and professional development workshops and leadership training.

Leadership & professional development

UIndy's Institute for Leadership & Professional Development, a division of the University’s School for Adult Learning, frequently conducts noncredit seminars, workshops, certification programs and related offerings to help working professionals develop leadership skills. Key elements include a three-day Supervisory Institute offered numerous times throughout the year, a three-day Leadership Management Institute and various financial seminars and online courses.

On-site MBA program

With UIndy's , the University can work with your company either to develop a customized MBA program or to offer classes on site for groups of employees.
