Curriculum model and degree requirements
Degree requirements for UIndy's Human Resource Development & Administration program include three hours of ethics study and a capstone project involving field experience to further advance your skills and knowledge. This program is 30 credit hours and can be completed in five semesters through our accelerated, hybrid format (combination of online and on-campus classes) in which you take just one class at a time.
