- I have been a consultant in the area of marketing and international business since 1994, prior to consulting I worked in the area of marketing/sales.
- I have reviewed a total of five textbooks in the area of Marketing and International Business.
- I have received numerous teaching, service, and scholarship awards, such as best paper at a conference on three separate occasions, awarded over a twenty grants, nominated for teacher of the year for the on two separate occasions, awarded outstanding advisor of the year for a student organization.
- I have presented over 70 times at conference and workshop, nine peers reviewed journals.

Professional experiences include two new business start ups as business partner or owner, human resources and hospitality operations. Additional ten years experience in career and job search training and coaching. Through the Center for Business Partnerships created and presently directs Team Business the student employment program for the School of Business. This "learning laboratory" acts as a management and leadership training program for student employees which in turns allows them to develop into campus role models and future business leaders.

Practiced law for more than seven years, primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation, before making the move to teaching. Licensed to practice law in both Indiana and West Virginia. Regularly travels internationally with students to locations such as China and Africa, and also serves alongside students all around Indianapolis. School of Business Teacher of the Year, and was a finalist for the university-wide Teacher of the Year in 2011.
