Psychology Workshop: LGBT Panel

Schwitzer Student Center

This workshop will provide information regarding various aspects of working with lesbian, gay, and bisexual clients. The topics for the day will be the following: The Biological Basis of Homosexuality, Coming Out Issues, Same-Sex Couples Therapy, and Ethical Considerations in Providing Affirming Services to GLB Clients.

This workshop is designed for clinical psychologists, mental health counselors, social workers, and graduate students in the mental health field. Others who are interested in these topics are welcome to attend as well.

The fees for the event are as follows:
Lunch…………….$15
Early Registration: $85 (Before Oct. 31)
Standard Registration: $100 (Before Nov. 10)
Students attending other institutions
Standard Registration: $25
General public: $50
At the door registration: May be accepted at an additional fee of $25 and pending room.
