Center for Advising & Student Achievement

Browse Section

The Center for Advising & Student Achievement (CASA) provides all undergraduate students with a centralized, accessible program of effective academic advising and mentoring. We assist students from registration to graduation, expanding the traditional role of advising to include topics on life skills and transitions to college, academic planning, personal goals, and connecting career exploration to a personalized curriculum. Services provided by CASA include the following:

“CASA was created with the needs of the student in mind. Each day, we ask how we can provide the most student-centered, efficient and accurate services. Students let us know that they are getting the information they need to stay on track and graduate.”
Lela Mixon, Director of CASA
