All catering for events on campus must be provided by University Dining Services. We provide a wide variety of professional catering services, from complex catered events to coffee and punch receptions, outdoor picnics and box lunches.

A guaranteed number of guests must be received seven days prior to your scheduled event. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged. UIndy Dining Services will prepare food for 5% above the designated guaranteed count to ensure an adequate amount. (You will not be charged for this additional amount.)
An invoice of the balance due will be billed after the event. In addition, a 15% gratuity will be added to all meals. Indiana sales and Marion County food and beverage taxes will be added to your account where prescribed by law.
A minimum of 20 guests is required for buffet service.
We are able to deliver our menu and services to your campus location. Alterations may be necessary depending on desired location and desired level of service. A 15% delivery charge will be assessed for all meals provided outside of the Schwitzer Student Center.
Event times will be mutually agreed upon at the time of your reservation. General time allotments are one and one-half (1 1/2) hours for breakfast and lunch events and two and one-half (2 1/2) hours for dinner events. Staffing and pricing are based on these parameters. Events or programs that are longer will result in additional labor charges. If an event begins later than was originally arranged and exceeds the original time allotment, additional charges per hour, per employee will be assessed.
