She has extensive experience in both the science and practice of Data Analytics in the government sector (e.g., United States Secret Service, Department of Justice, and United Nations) and other business areas (e.g., Panera Bread, March of Dimes, & Badges for Veterans). In 2018, Dr. Snyder and her team of graduate students were recognized at the multi-stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the Sustainable Development Goals Forum at the United Nations Headquarters for developing a data visualization framework for politicians and researchers to further their exploration in armed conflict analysis.

Dr. Belcher has more than 30 years of experience as an educator and academic administrator in both undergraduate and graduate business programs. He has worked with all types of students, from college freshmen to Disney managers and has won several teaching awards. His research has been published in the Journal of Behavioral Finance, the Journal of Macroeconomics, the Journal of Financial Education, and other academic journals. He also reviews research for a number of professional journals. He's a national expert on the startup, structure, management and evaluation of student-managed investment programs and has discussed them in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and the Chronicle of Higher Education.

He was an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Troy University and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management at Marshall University. He published in the Journal of Business Ethics and was a U.S. Army Military Police Officer.

In her corporate career, Victoria held significant roles at H&R Block Tax Services, including VP of Accounting Information & Technology and VP of Franchise Operations. She developed and implemented field accounting processes, financial reporting systems, and internal auditing systems, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with both company owned and franchise locations.
She served as the Program Director for the SBA and IEDC funded Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Central Indiana, where she managed operations, conducted grant accounting, and provided vital support to small businesses.
Most recently, she served as associate adjunct faculty here at UIndy teaching accounting courses. In addition to teaching, she provides accounting and consulting services to several Central Indiana businesses and non-profit organizations.

Educated in the U.S., Europe and Asia, he presently teaches logistics, quality management, and operations to both undergraduates and post-graduates at the University of Indianapolis. Drawing on 16 years’ experience setting up and managing factories in China, he is also the author of Operations Management in China. In addition to his teaching and research activities, he is a reviewer for the International Journal of Operations Research and Information Systems.
