University Events: Facility Rental

UIndy has spaces available to rent for meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, and performances. Available spaces include meeting rooms equipped with A/V technology, classrooms, atriums, and lecture halls. Our University Events office coordinates facility rental and use. University Events works with campus organizations and departments, in addition to external clients who wish to host their event at UIndy.  

Please note the following when deciding if UIndy is right for your event:

• UIndy can accommodate groups up to 400 people for dining and large meetings, or 500 in an auditorium.
• During the summer, campus housing may be available in our residence halls..
• UIndy is a smoke-free campus.
• All catering is provided by UIndy's catering partner, Quest Food Management Services.

Special Events and Meetings

Let the University of Indianapolis host your wedding ceremony, reception, or special event in one of our beautiful indoor or outdoor locations! Catering services are available in addition to A/V equipment, technology, chairs and tables, linens, and experienced and attentive event staff.

Conference and Camp Accommodations

Accommodations are available during the summer months in one of UIndy's residence halls. Throughout the year, University Dining Services offer a wide variety of food and beverage options, topped off with excellent customer service. Please contact University Events to discuss specific housing and dining options.

Athletics Space Rental

Locations around campus are available to host a variety of sporting events, both inside and outside. Options include the domed Athletics and Recreation Center with an indoor track, a turfed field in Key Stadium, two gymnasiums in the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center, a weight room, a fitness room with flexible space in the health pavilion, basketball courts, and more.

UIndy has a variety of performance venues available for concerts, theatre productions, and larger events. Please contact University Events for availability and pricing.
