UIndy Online Tuition and Cost of Attendance

Online Program Tuition
For the 2026-27 academic year, tuition for UIndy Online undergraduate programs is $400 per credit hour. Required textbooks are included in tuition and there are no additional fees.
Your First Class is FREE!
At UIndy Online, we believe your next chapter should start with opportunity, not barriers. That’s why eligible students can take their first class for free.
You may qualify if you are:
- Currently attending or recently graduated from a community college
- Military-affiliated
- A corporate partner employee
- A healthcare professional

Online Program Cost of Attendance
Your cost of attendance (COA) is an estimate of all the costs associated with being a student. Your COA is based on the number of credits that you take and anticipated miscellaneous expenses. The standard COA includes three main categories:
