Lugar Symposium Scholarship

Juniors who are nominated by their high schools to attend the Lugar Symposium for Tomorrow's Leaders are eligible to be considered for a $5,000 per year Lugar Symposium Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

All freshman full-time undergraduate applicants to the University of Indianapolis who were nominated by their high school and who attended the Lugar Symposium during their junior year will be eligible to receive the Lugar Symposium Scholarship. Eligible students must apply for admission to the University of Indianapolis by December 1 of their senior year.

Renewal

The award is renewable as long as the student remains enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student and maintains a good academic standing. Students can receive the scholarship for a maximum of four years (eight semesters).

Receipt of Other Aid

The Lugar Symposium Scholarship may be combined with merit scholarships awarded at the time of admission to the University. The combination of all gift assistance may not exceed the total of the tuition.
