- We offer a Flexible Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program that consists of both in-person and online learning formats. This hybrid approach provides flexibility to working professionals.
- Students choose one of two curriculum options in the MBA: the Core plan or the Certificate plan. The Core plan consists of prescribed “core” courses and one concentration. The Certificate plan consists of three (3) professional certificate credentials plus an elective course. Core plan students receive two (2) certificates as part of their studies: Business Fundamentals and a second one for their concentration.
- UIndy offers Concentrations and Professional Certificates in five (5) areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Analytics, Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, Leadership, and Marketing. As examples, a Core plan student who selects Finance as their concentration would receive a Business Fundamentals certificate, a Finance certificate, and the MBA degree; whereas a Certificate plan student would receive the Business Fundamentals certificate, two certificates of their choosing (e.g. AI & Analytics, Marketing), and the MBA degree.
- UIndy can offer a Corporate MBA Program at your place of business. Please contact Michael Hasik, Director of Graduate Business Programs, at hasikm@uindy.edu for more information.
In-person class sessions meet on campus once per week from 5:45 - 8:45 p.m. Online classes are delivered to students asynchronously, meaning there are no specific meeting times for them.
The program is 30 credit hours (10 courses) and can be completed in as little as one year (full-time) or in two to three years (part-time).

The UIndy MBA program requires applicants to complete its online application, provide official transcripts from each university or college previously attended, submit a current resume in either PDF or MS-Word format, and pay a $50 application fee.
International applicants must also complete the following:
- Have their transcripts evaluated by a service (such as International Education Evaluations/IEE or World Education Services/WES) to determine equivalency.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency by passing the TOEFL Internet based exam with a minimum score of 79.
- Submit a Statement of Financial Support, which can be requested by emailing mba@uindy.edu.
UIndy operates on rolling admissions, so applicants are accepted throughout the year. We prefer to have all application materials at least 30 days before the start of the term in which you wish to enroll. Admission is based on program vacancies at the time of application, so earlier applications receive priority. Please email mba@uindy.edu with any questions.
The Flexible MBA program offers classes that start in August, January, and May each year. Following acceptance to the program, you can start at any one of these times.
UIndy's campus is located 10 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis and within 30 minutes of the majority of the city's metropolitan area. A map of the campus can be found at map.uindy.edu.
