Missed lessons
Students are charged for all lessons or classes for which they register, including those the student either fails to attend or fails to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled lesson time. Under certain conditions, an instructor may choose to reschedule up to two lessons per semester, provided the student notifies the instructor of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled lesson time.
Discounts
A 10% discount is available for UIndy faculty, staff, students and alumni, as well as their children who are ages 18 or under. A 10% discount is also given to families without a University connection that have more than one child in the program.
