University of Indianapolis Employee Discounts & Services

In addition to the benefits program, UIndy employees can take advantage of a variety of discounts and services both on campus and off.

Bookstore discount

Employees receive a 10 percent discount on all personal purchases (excluding textbooks) at the UIndy Bookstore, on the first floor of Schwitzer Student Center. In addition to books, the bookstore stocks office supplies, computer software, UIndy clothing and other items.

Technology loan program

Employees can get an interest-free loan to purchase a personal computer system through the Technology Loan Program. The maximum loan amount is $2,500, which is repaid over a 24-month period through automatic payroll deduction.

Ruth Lilly Center for Health & Fitness

Employees and their immediate family members are welcome to use the Ruth Lilly Health and Fitness Center free of charge.

University Wellness Center

The University Wellness Center is staffed by board certified nurse practitioners to diagnose and treat common illness, minor injuries, prescribe medications, conduct tests and interpret lab results, etc. It provides health care services for employees and their family members ages 13 years and older.
