I love to analyze numbers. I know that’s not an engaging way to start a conversation, but I find data fascinating. I like to use the information I gather to solve complex problems, streamline processes, and design strategies for efficiency. At the University of Indianapolis, I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve received to develop my passion. These experiences would not have been possible without the generous gifts from alumni and friends.
When deciding where to attend college, UIndy checked all the boxes for me. I was excited to join their School of Business, compete on the track and field team, and receive a generous scholarship. I have two siblings, so receiving financial aid was very important to me and my family. It has allowed me more time to sharpen my skills through student organizations and internships.
UIndy faculty and staff have always challenged me to be my best and provided opportunities for growth. With their guidance I’ve learned how to balance a busy schedule as a student-athlete, become a leader in the Student Business Leadership Academy, and apply my project management knowledge through an internship at Amazon!
As a senior, I am grateful that I can soon pursue a career that I love in operations and supply chain management. Thanks to generous alumni and friends, I have an education that will open up doors for my future. Today, I hope you will consider supporting students like me with a gift to the UIndy Fund.
