UIndy's Central Hall Floor Plan
Please note: The floor plans shown are intended as standard examples of our room layouts. Actual rooms may be mirrored (left-to-right) from what is displayed, and some dimensions may vary slightly depending on the overall floor design and nearby community spaces. These floor plans are provided to develop a general sense of the amenities and setup to expect in our halls.
Floor Plan
There are two rooms within a suite. Each room has a full bathroom with a tub, toilet, and sink. Each room is for two students, and will share a living room and a small kitchenette area with an adjoining room. The small kitchenette area includes cabinets, a sink, and outlets to plug in various appliances.
The approximate dimension of the double room is the following:
- Width: 12’
- Depth: 17’
The approximate dimension of the living room/kitchenette is the following:
- Width 10’
- Depth: 14’
- All rooms have two beds, a dresser, a desk, a chair, an armoire/wardrobe, and a bathroom.
- No furniture is provided in the living room/kitchenette area.
- Desks have bookshelves, lights, and a bulletin board.
- Dressers include three drawers.
- The room's main light source comes from the overhead lighting.
- All furniture is movable.
- Lofts are not permitted.
- Rooms may vary slightly in size.
- Each room has a window that does open.
- Each room has an air conditioner/heater that is located under the window and can be controlled by each room.

Hay dos habitaciones dentro de una suite. Cada habitación tiene un baño completo con bañera, inodoro y lavabo. Cada habitación es para dos estudiantes y compartirá una sala de estar y una pequeña cocina con una habitación contigua. - စားပွဲခုံများတွင် စာအုပ်စင်များ၊ မီးရောင်များနှင့် သင်ပုန်းကြီးတစ်ခုပါရှိသည်။
- ဝတ်စားဆင်ယင်မှုတွင် အံဆွဲသုံးခုပါဝင်သည်။
- အခန်း၏ ပင်မအလင်းရင်းမြစ်သည် အပေါ်မှအလင်းရောင်မှ လာသည်။
- ပရိဘောဂအားလုံးသည် ရွှေ့ပြောင်းနိုင်သော၊
- အထပ်များကို ခွင့်မပြုပါ။
- အခန်းများသည် အရွယ်အစား အနည်းငယ်ကွဲပြားနိုင်သည်။
