UIndy's Cory Bretz Hall Floor Plan

These floor plans are provided to develop a general sense of the amenities and setup to expect in our halls.
Double Floor Plan
Cory Bretz Hall was recently renovated in the spring of 2023. Each room is a double, meant for two people.
The approximate dimension of the double room is the following:
- Width: 11.5’
- Depth: 16’
- All rooms have two beds, two dressers, two desks, two chairs, an armoire/wardrobe, and a bathroom.
- Desks have bookshelves, lights, and a bulletin board.
- Dressers include five drawers.
- The room's main light source comes from the overhead lighting.
- All furniture is movable.
- Lofts are not permitted.
- Rooms may vary slightly in size.
- Each room has a window that does open.
- Each room has an air conditioner/heater that is located under the window and can be controlled by each room.
