UIndy's Cravens Hall Floor Plan

Please note: The floor plans shown are intended as standard examples of our room layouts. Actual rooms may be mirrored (left-to-right) from what is displayed, and some dimensions may vary slightly depending on the overall floor design and nearby community spaces. These floor plans are provided to develop a general sense of the amenities and setup to expect in our halls.

Floor Plan

 

The approximate dimension of the double room is the following:

  • Width: 11.75’
  • Depth: 16.75’

 

  1. All rooms have two beds, and built in drawers, closet, desk and overhead storage. They also have two chairs. The ground floor has all movable furniture, with two beds, desks, wardrobes, and chairs. 
  2. Rooms may vary in size.
  3. The only furniture that is movable are the beds on floors 1-3. They can be positioned anyway, including bunked. 
  4. The room's main light source comes from the overhead lighting.
  5. Each unit has a window that does open.
  6. Each unit has an air conditioner/heater that is located under the window and can be controlled by each room.

Cravens Hall es una residencia tradicional para estudiantes de primer año con baños comunitarios compartidos en cada piso. Cada habitación en Cravens está diseñada como una habitación doble para albergar a dos estudiantes. 

La dimensión aproximada de la habitación doble es la siguiente:

  • Ancho: 11.75'
  • Profundidad: 16.75'

 

  1. Todas las habitaciones tienen dos camas y cajones empotrados, armario, escritorio y almacenamiento superior. También tienen dos sillas. La planta baja tiene todo el mobiliario móvil, con dos camas, escritorios, armarios y sillas. 
  2. Las habitaciones pueden variar en tamaño.
  3. Los únicos muebles que se pueden mover son las camas de los pisos 1-3. Se pueden colocar de todos modos, incluso en literas. 
  4. La principal fuente de luz de la habitación proviene de la iluminación cenital.
  5. Cada apartamento tiene una ventana que se abre.
  6. Cada unidad tiene un acondicionador de aire/calefacción que se encuentra debajo de la ventana y puede ser controlado por cada habitación.
