UIndy Media Scholarship
IASB Scholarship & AwardAttendees of the IASB Broadcasting Conference are eligible for a scholarship that recognizes their outstanding accomplishments as a high school student.
Eligibility Criteria
All first-time, full-time undergraduate applicants in the day division who attended the IASB School Broadcasters Conference during high school will automatically be considered for the scholarships.
Renewal
Award is renewable for a maximum of 8 semesters as a full-time undergraduate, day division student provided that the student remains in good standing and the student must maintains at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, with successful completion of at least 67% of the credit hours attempted each year.
Combination with Other Aid
The IASB Scholarship will replace any University merit aid of equal or lesser value and be replaced by merit scholarships of greater value. The combination of gift aid from federal, state, institutional, outside, and other sources may not exceed the total costs of tuition and fees for off-campus students or of tuition, fees, a standard double room, and a 14-meal plan for on-campus students.
Conditions
The University may, in its sole discretion, modify the terms and conditions of any scholarship program between successive academic years and may institute a cap on the number of students who may receive any particular scholarship. The scholarship offered by the University is open only to 2020 and beyond high school graduates.
