Legal Records Requests and Subpoenas

Occasionally, University personnel may receive legal documents or requests for legal documents through various channels. University personnel may also be contacted by members of the law enforcement community or investigators who seek certain information. All records requests should be forwarded to the Office of General Counsel immediately. Please submit records request to legalrecordsrequest@uindy.edu.

The Office of the General Counsel advises the University of Indianapolis campus community on legal matters related to university business. Please note that our office does not represent individual faculty, staff, or students in personal legal matters.
