Organizational Leadership

Effective leadership doesn't happen by accident. With a degree in organizational leadership, you will develop skills that organizations need to run successfully. We believe in a holistic, ethical approach to leadership that encourages collaboration, trust, listening, and empowerment. You'll take courses in project management, human resource management, marketing, accounting, and international business while gaining skills in writing, speaking, listening, leadership, and information technology that leaders need.

Organizational Leadership Minor
Organizational Leadership is provided through the School of Business. The Organizational Leadership minor focuses on foundational business concepts along with important leadership concepts. This minor is a popular complement to those students pursuing bachelors degrees in Liberal Studies as well as other adult accelerated degrees.
