Hire a UIndy Student Musician

Would you like to hire one of our UIndy students to perform at your upcoming event? We'd love to get you in touch with one of our student musicians or musical ensembles! Please submit the form below at least four weeks before your anticipated event. You should expect a response within 5-7 business days. 

A few notes and policies to consider:

• Compensation/payment to our musicians: Please note that we value our students' time and busy schedules. We will only consider referrals if students will be compensated for their time. The UIndy Music Department does not assign set fees, so those can be negotiated between you and the student musician. 
• Referrals: Completing this form does not guarantee a referral. Reasons to not make a referral could include: no compensation information is provided, the form is incomplete, etc. Ultimately, we want to make sure what is requested would be a good fit for our students.
• UIndy Participation and Student Conduct Policy: UIndy is not responsible for compensating on behalf of your event. While we believe our students will uphold the missions and beliefs of the University, we are not responsible for less-than-optimal student conduct, such as cancellations, no-shows, etc.
