8 to 8:45 a.m. | Check-In | Krannert Memorial Library
Begin your day at Krannert Memorial Library, where you'll check in, pick up your welcome gift and daily guide, and snap a quick photo for your student ID. Our IT team will also be on hand to help you log into your MyUIndy account. We're here to make sure your day is engaging, smooth, and impactful!

9:30 to 10:15 a.m. | Money Moves: Mastering Financial Aid | UIndy Hall
Join professionals from the Office of Financial Aid and the Office of Student Billing and Payment as they coach you through the various financial decisions you and your family will need to make this year. This session will give you an overview of the remainder of the financial aid and bill payment process. Staff will also guide you through how to locate additional resources and support to complete your family’s individual financial journey. This session will also provide you with an overview of your current billing statement and allow you to ask questions about scholarships and payment plans.
10:20 to 10:50 a.m. | General Education Core - Information Session | UIndy Hall
Get a clear understanding of UIndy’s General Education Core requirements and how they fit into your academic journey. This session will break down the essential core classes, explain their purpose, and help you make informed decisions as you build your class schedule. It's the perfect opportunity to start strong and stay on track for graduation!
11 to 11:45 a.m. | Meet Your Professors & Academic Sessions | Various Locations
Connect with the faculty who will help shape your academic experience at UIndy! This session offers the chance to engage with professors from your intended major, ask questions, and learn what to expect in your upcoming classes. It’s a great opportunity to start building relationships and get a feel for your academic community.

Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by UIndy’s in-house catering team. This is a great opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with fellow Greyhounds and guests as you experience the exceptional dining services available on campus.
12:15 to 1 p.m. | Resources & Involvement Fair | Shreve Atrium
Discover all that UIndy and the local community have to offer at the Resources & Involvement Fair! Connect with campus departments, registered student organizations, and local businesses to explore opportunities, resources, and experiences that will enhance your time at UIndy.

During the Life on Campus rotations, you will complete the 40-minute sessions below to help you feel as prepared as possible for the upcoming semester.

- TECH SAVVY - Get connected with UIndy’s IT team! This session will guide you through accessing and using your UIndy email account, essential on-campus software, and other key digital resources to support your academic journey.
- LET'S GET INVOLVED - Making the move to a new campus can be a big transition, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us for a candid panel discussion featuring current transfer students as they share their experiences of getting involved, finding community, and making the most of their time at UIndy. Whether you're just starting out or looking for new ways to connect, this session will give you real insights and helpful tips from peers who’ve been in your shoes.
