Background

Emily D. Tisdale started her healthcare career at the age of 18, serving as the first Patient Advocate for a large healthcare system in Oklahoma City. Since then, Ms. Tisdale has served healthcare organizations throughout the continuum of care in various capacities, most notably in healthcare start-up environments that necessitated a leader who is adept at management, operations, and implementation. In 2010, she ventured into entrepreneurship, opening Recourse Resource Consulting, specializing in leadership development, organizational culture, and operational efficiency. Then in 2019, she co-founded Radius10, LLC to provide healthcare organizations solutions for effective interim and permanent leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master of education degree in counseling and human relations. She has spoken at numerous state and national level conferences and currently serves as the Board Treasurer on the executive committee for Executive Women in Healthcare.
