I chose to work for Roche after I interned because of the personal attention that we received from our supervisor, Russ, regarding roles and being hired after our internship finished. Russ made it feel like we were being accommodated in every way and that Roche wanted us to be in a role that fit us and that we wanted to be in.

Roche was founded in 1896 in Basel, Switzerland by Fritz Hoffmann La-Roche and is now the largest biotech company in the world. In addition, Roche was one of the first companies to bring targeted treatments to patients, as well as creating innovative medicines and diagnostics tests. Not only has Roche been the global leader in cancer treatments for the past 50 years, they are also the leading provider of in vitro diagnostics.
